Past Projects

This is a collection of our projects that have been memorable for one reason or another, and were done for people that I’m proud to have worked with. It also gives you a glimpse of the impact on our communities and how our skills can serve a broad client base.

Jim Prince – Gym Roof Failure

I love going to the gym, and when the roof failed in the one I attend, I took action immediately and started mitigating the disaster. Jim Prince started as a customer but we quickly formed a great friendship. We replaced 4,000 sq ft of roofing with the help of MG Wagner commercial roofing experts, a great insurance team at Oregon Mutual, and many community members.

Nutrien AG Solutions

Chris Farmer contacted us last fall to help solve a problem: the heavy snow falling from a tall roofline damaged their HVAC units the winter of 2023. Their fabricators and our team worked together to erect a simple but sturdy shed that took us less than a week to complete, and will keep their HVAC units safe for many years to come.

Brent Yusi – Yusi Construction

The guy responsible for my work ethic, skill, and integrity; I worked fro Brent for two years and absorbed every ounce of knowledge he has. Or so I thought–I learn something new every time we hang out. Since I started my own business, I’ve been lucky to do several roofs and other projects for him, and continually value him as a mentor and am proud to be recommended to homeowners by him.

Logan Roberts – Roof Replacement

I got in contact with Logan from a lead a friend at Midway Building Supply gave me. A sizable roof replacement was needed on their home in Oroville. The cavalcade of add-ons to the house made the roof installation a challenge. We were able to design a high quality roof by using standing-seam metal roofing in the low pitch sections, and composite shingles in the higher pitched sections. There were many more flashing, venting, and framing improvements we made along the way, resulting in a high performance roof that will last many more years.
