We tear your current roof off down to the sheathing, and dispose of all the material.
Framing assessment and repair. We replace and fix anything that could affect your new roof installation, including rotten wood, structural issues, and also have the ability to perform improvements to your existing structure if desired, such as adding vented ridge caps, adding overhangs, replacing subfascia/fascia, etc.
Installation time! We use the best installation methods and materials: ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, proper flashing details, and everything is done to produce a clean and aesthetic result that also follows manufacturer warranty. We want your roof to look as good as it performs.
